LOS ANGELES - What if you could "place an order" for the construction your Dream House (made either for your family, or for monthly rental income) and have it built for you in only a few months, or maybe weeks?

I am a real estate investor in Southern California, where an average 3-bedroom 2-bath house can easily cost over $600,000… no joking! Houses may not cost that much where you live, but they are definitely expensive, no matter where you are looking.

I had two goals as a real estate investor:

After a long time, I became tired of searching the whole city (and it's a BIG city) for the “deals” that “only” cost three or four hundred thousand dollars… especially when these so-called bargains were usually older, run-down homes.

I would never want to live in these houses myself, not to mention rent them to tenants. I wanted to provide great homes that families would love to live in, not become a slumlord! I also wanted to find my own dream house…

Now don't get me wrong, by “building” I do not mean that I wanted to haul lumber and pound nails. I wanted to get professional licensed contractors to do ALL of this work for me.

After all, this is how professional real estate developers “build”. You don't ever see Donald Trump doing any of the work himself, do you? He gets others to do the hard labor, while he keeps the profits!

Oh, and I did not want to pay for the construction myself. Any of it. Could really this be possible?

Time to Ask the Experts

I interviewed many real estate professionals from all phases of the industry to get answers. Nobody knew how to do everything I wanted. I'd get partial information from one group, more information from others. That's when I noticed a pattern in the advice I was getting:

General Contractors do know how to hire subcontractors to build a house for 50-60% of the selling price… because that's their job; but they don't know how to obtain funding to pay for the construction costs. They get that money from their clients.
Mortgage Brokers do know how to get no-down-payment loans to pay for homebuilding projects… because that's their job; but they don't know how to build a house. They leave that to the General Contractors.
Real Estate Agents do know how to buy property at big discounts… because they can “grab” the best deals before they ever reach the marketplace; but they don't know how to structure a financing deal, so that the buyer does not have to make payments. That's not their concern… the broker steps out of the picture once the sale is completed.
Real Estate Investors do know how to structure financing deals so that they can buy property without having to make ANY payments out of their own pocket, because that's their business; but they don't know how to find discount property to build it on… they have to rely on brokers or agents to get them property, usually at premium prices.

Using all of this new information, I sat down and charted a plan, combining the best techniques of all four groups of real estate professionals. When I was done, I couldn't believe my eyes. I double-checked it, then triple-checked it. But it was true... in front of me was the Build Your Free House™ system.

I couldn't believe that it would work. If it was really so easy and effective...

Why has no one come up with this plan before?

I merely found a new way to put the pieces together, and created a new recipe for success. As contributors, I owed it to them to return the favor by sharing information back.
I could help people who had NO previous experience in construction or real estate: The professionals reading my system were amazed by the “missing 3/4^ths” of information it contained (meaning the professionals knew about the 1/4^th that concerned their industry, but not the other 3/4^ths). Even though they did not have experience in the other 3 out of 4 areas, everyone who read it told me that the way I explained the other sides were very clear and easy to understand.
